Stephanie Wetmore
Stephanie is an operator and athlete turned investor, bringing over two decades of global experience across sport, operations, and investing. As a former professional athlete and NCAA Division I Tennis Champion, she holds a deep, firsthand understanding of the competitive sports landscape.
Stephanie led the comprehensive turnaround of the global sports footwear brand Piloti as Managing Director, driving the company from bankruptcy to profitability. Through strategic digital marketing, operational transformation, and high-impact brand partnerships with Scuderia AlphaTauri, Selfridges, and GM, she successfully re-established Piloti’s presence in Europe and positioned the company for a successful exit.
Stephanie has since transitioned into early-stage investing, focusing on high-growth, women-led ventures in sports, consumer, and technology, and using her extensive global network to drive innovation and growth in women's sports worldwide. She holds degrees from UCLA, Georgetown, Stanford, and an MBA from Oxford.

Rachel Fleitell
Rachel brings nearly two decades of operating experience across sports, media, and entertainment. Most recently COO at 35V, she helped grow Boardroom from early concept into a leading sports media brand, spanning partnerships with CNBC and Yahoo Sports, the Members Club launch, capital raises, and the business's full operational build-out. She also oversaw a private investments portfolio spanning Gotham FC, LOVB, the Philadelphia Union, and Athletes Unlimited.
Earlier, Rachel spent six years at Endeavor across M&A, corporate strategy, and business operations. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Jennifer Bishop
Jennifer is Senior Partner, M&A and Head of the Sports Industry Practice at Gowling WLG, recognized as a leading Canadian corporate lawyer by Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
A former national and international tennis competitor, she is the immediate past Chair of Tennis Canada's Board and serves on the International Tennis Federation's Davis Cup Committee and the Canadian Olympic Committee's Ethics and Governance Committee. Jennifer was inducted into the Newfoundland and Labrador Tennis Hall of Fame as both an athlete and a builder, and was named among Canada's Top 25 Women of Influence.
Brandon Gayle
Brandon is the Founder & Managing Director of Sollex Advisory Holdings, partnering with capital allocators and sports properties on growth, commercial strategy, and governance. He brings a rare blend of league office, team side, and tech experience, having served as CCO of Mexico's national soccer federation and COO of Spurs Sports & Entertainment. Earlier, he led global sports partnerships at Facebook and held strategy roles with the New York Jets and Bain & Company.
Brandon sits on the Board of U.S. Ski & Snowboard and has advised Monarch Collective and Boston Legacy FC. He holds a BS and MBA from Harvard.
Alex Mead
Alex brings experience from Social Capital Hedosophia, where he worked across Snap, Spotify, and Uber, and Palm Drive Capital, where he helped scale the platform from roughly $15M to over $175M in AUM.
Alex is also co-founder of Ami, a growth equity fund investing in sports, health, and wellness. Alex is a Harvard alumnus with an MBA from Wharton, and serves on the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity NextGen Board.
Maria Xing
Maria is Senior Vice President of Expansion at USL. She previously served as an Investment & Capital Markets professional at BellTower Partners, and is also Co-Founder of Ami Capital.
Earlier in her career, she was an investment professional at 777 Partners and Brera Holdings. Maria has been featured in Forbes and by the BBC for her leadership in women's sports, and sits on the Committee for Women in Football (UK). She holds degrees from NYU Stern and an MBA from Wharton.
Operations
Henry Moore
Henry currently serves as VP of Brand & Experience at World Team Tennis.
He previously led brand & experience teams at DEPT® as Group Account Head, and brings global marketing experience in-house at HEAD Sporting Goods and GTM e-commerce strategy from Rotateº (now Huge).
Henry is a former NCAA Division 1 tennis player at Samford University.
Sergio Moreno
Sergio brings over 20 years of experience across finance and operations.
He worked with Stephanie for four years as Director of Operations at Piloti Shoes, and spent over two years at Canadian Tire Corporation across Senior Analyst and Manager roles in Corporate Performance and Digital Retail Strategy.
Sergio has since operated as an independent Business Consultant, advising on organizational design, financial planning, and digital operations performance.
Orjana Neza
Orjana is a Venture Analyst at Chrysalis Collective.
Orjana previously served as Finance Manager at WPS Albania, and began her finance career as a Summer Analyst at Houlihan Lokey.
Orjana is a Finance and Strategic Management graduate of Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
